Today we are excited to expand our digital transformation reach with the announcement of our partnership with a leading global IT consultancy firm, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). This partnership is aimed at helping customers utilize data services and cloud platforms more efficiently and provide customers with the technology and best practices they need to maximize their investments with Mesosphere DC/OS.
TSC will produce frameworks for new data services that will be available via the existing DC/OS Service Catalog which has hundreds of one-click open source apps. Additionally, TCS Cloud will run DC/OS to provide a big data platform-as-a-service leveraging the SMACK stack, which has quickly become the standard when building enterprise applications. This partnership will help TCS and Mesosphere customers drive digital initiatives more efficiently, enable customers to optimize their spend on public or private clouds or in-house data centers by up to 30%, cut project lifecycle times by up to 50%, and accelerate time to value for new digital initiatives.
Customers will also have the ability to get demonstrated proof of DC/OS enabling data agility and hybrid IT at TCS' Center of Excellence in Cincinnati, Ohio where POC testing will be held.
